This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Account details — name, email and mobile number, collected at enrolment.
- Payment records — amount, reference and status. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
- Learning activity — which lessons you watched and where you stopped, so you can resume.
- Security records — IP address, browser and device description, sign-in times, and a log of streams issued to your account.
2. Why we collect it
To give you access to what you paid for, save your progress, issue invoices, provide support, and detect account sharing and content piracy. We do not sell your data.
3. Watermarking
Course videos display your name, email and account ID while playing. This is a deterrent against redistribution, and it means a leaked recording can be traced back to the account it came from. Please do not screen-share a lesson.
4. Cookies
We use three cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and one to remember your light or dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make the platform work — the payment gateway, the video delivery provider and our email provider — and only what each needs.
6. Retention
Account and order records are kept for as long as your access lasts, plus the period required by tax law. Security logs are kept for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
Write to [email protected] to access, correct or delete your personal data. Deleting your account ends your course access and is not reversible.
